Our Qualifications
Charles N. Lineberger, CLU, CEBS, CFP® has been active in insurance planning and employee benefits since 1984. He graduated Magna Cum Lauda with a B.A. in Religion from Gardner Webb College in 1981.
The Solomon S. Huebner School of The American College awarded him the title of Chartered Life Underwriter in1999.
Charles earned his CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) designation in 2003. The CEBS program is an eight-course curriculum that covers all aspects of employee benefits. The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania co-sponsor the CEBS program.
Charles obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM certification in 2010.
Charles is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the National Association of Health Underwriters, and the Society of Financial Service Professionals. He is a past President of the Gaston County Association of Life Underwriters and a past President of the Western Piedmont Estate Planning Council. In addition, Charles was involved in the Gastonia Jaycees and is a past President and current member of the Noon Optimist Club of Gastonia.
Julie Gaddy, Client Service Specialist joined our firm in the fall of 2008, she has 14 years of experience in the insurance industry. Julie has worked for several large brokerage firms in the Charlotte area and has extensive knowledge of the group medical and ancillary markets. Julie received her NC Life and Health License in 2005. She is a member of National Association of Health Underwriters and is a Notary Public.
